Veel te lang geleden dat ik jullie nog van een nieuwe post voorzien heb. Tijd om er weer stevig in te vliegen! Terwijl er heel wat berichten opduiken over de verschillende fashion weeks, breng ik jullie enkele trends voor de herfst- en wintercollectie 2014-2015. Misschien moeten jullie nog wennen aan de herfst/winter 2013-2014, maar zo zijn jullie zeker ruim op voorhand geïnformeerd.
Ik trok deze namiddag naar een seminar over de fashion trends voor de herfst/winter van 2014-2015 (onder andere georganiseerd door Creamoda en het Flanders Fashion Institute). Het Parijse trendwatch agentschap Nelly Rodi gaf ons een inkijk in de grootste trends die er eind volgend jaar aankomen.

It's been far too long since I wrote my last post. So it's time for some new posts. As you find a lot of messages about the different fashion weeks all over the internet right now, I provide you some trends for the autumn and winter collection 2014-2015. Maybe you still have to get used to the idea of the autumn and winter 2013-2014, but in this case you're already up to date!
This afternoon I went to a seminar about the fashion trends for the autumn/winter 2014-2015 (organised by Creamoda, the Flanders Fashion Institute and some other organisations). The Paris trendwatching agency Nelly Rodi gave us some insights about the biggest trends coming at the end of next year.

Deze werden onderverdeeld in 4 categorieën. De stijl kunnen jullie telkens afleiden uit de moodboards.
These trends were divided into 4 categories. You can recognize each style in the moodboards.

1. Rive gauche: Parasian Bohemian, jewelery, arty, nonchalance

2. Heroes: conquerors, wild, camouflage, acid

3. Gentle(wo)man: rustic, classicists, romantic, melancholia

4. Silence: knits, rustic, ice, polar

Titel moest hier "Silence" zijn. - Headline had to be "Silence"
