Vorige week trok ik naar Kortrijk Xpo voor het Classic Event '13, vroeger gekend onder de naam "Classic" en "ClassicA". Ook dit jaar stonden kunst en lifestyle centraal, maar werd ook de gastronomische toets toegevoegd met een zogenaamde Smokkelroute. Ikzelf was vooral benieuwd naar de voorjaarscollectie van Tim Van Steenbergen die er gepresenteerd werd. Er werd opnieuw gewerkt met heel veel wit en zwart (I like!), maar hier en daar was er ook een print terug te vinden. Horizontale en verticale lijnen, maar ook bolletjes zijn eigenlijk heel kenmerkend voor de collectie. Qua draagbaarheid zijn er zeker interessante stuks in de collectie te vinden. Als het toch wat specialer mag, en je houdt van zwart en wit, vind je ook zeker een superleuke outfit!

Last week I went to Kortrijk Xpo for the Classic Event '13, "Classic" and "ClassicA" in the past. Art and lifestyle were the main themes again, but the organisation also added this year a gastronomical touch with a "Smugglers route". Above all, I was very curious about the spring & summer collection 2014 of Tim Van Steenbergen. Once more he worked with a lot of black and white (I like!), but you can also find some printed pieces. Horizontal & vertical lines, but also some spheres are very typical for this collection. Very important: you can find some pieces you can easily wear AND more special pieces for a very nice outfit (if you love black and white of course)!
