Herinneren jullie zich nog hoe enthousiast ik vorig jaar was over het WECANDANCE festival in Zeebrugge? Toen was ik volledig in de ban van de Egyptian dresscode en de aandacht die besteed werd aan het gezondere, atypische food aanbod, naast de line up uiteraard. Dit jaar is het weer zover op 8 en 9 augustus. En het belooft weer super te worden!

Do you remember my enthusiasm last year after visiting the WECANDANCE festival in Zeebruges? I totally loved the Egyptian dress code, the attention for the healthy, atypical food offer and the line up of course. This year the festival will take place on the 8th and 9th of August. And it looks like it will be amazing once again!

Vorig jaar... naast de line up, een geweldige samenwerking met Eleven Paris, heel wat lekkers van o.a. Balls & Glory, The Jane en Oesterput en de Egyptian dresscode. Het deed me na afloop al uitkijken naar de verrassingen die het festival dit jaar voor ons in petto heeft. Verrassingen die stilaan onthuld worden.

Last year, besides to the line up, there was an amazing collaboration with Eleven Paris, a lot of delicious food by Balls & Glory, The Jane, Oesterput, ... and the Egyptian dress code. It made me looking forward to the many surprises for WCD 2015. And some of these surprises were revealed this month.

Zo werkt het festival dit jaar niet samen met 1 fashion partner, maar een reeks geweldige én Belgische partners, nl. AF Vandervorst, Essentiel, Filles A Papa, Magali Pinchasi, Maison Louise, Morobé, Nilu, Superfox en SVNTY. Samen met een WECANDANCE limited edition capsulecollectie is er voor elk wat wils dat allemaal aangeboden wordt in de shop op het festivalterrein.
En de dresscode? Dat wordt ... TROPICAL! Daar mag de zon toch niet bij ontbreken! Kijk er al zo naar uit!

This year WECANDANCE doesn't have 1 fashion partner, but some amazing and Belgian partners like AF Vandervorst, Essentiel, Filles A Papa, Magali Pinchasi, Maison Louise, Morobé, Nilu, Superfox and SVNTY. Their limited items will be offered in the festival shop together with the WECANDANCE limited edition collection. What's the dress code? ... TROPICAL!! So we definitely need the sun on our side! I'm so looking forward to it!

Mijn favoriete items: de Essentiel clutch, het Filles A Papa zwempak, de SVNTY sweater, de Morobe sandalen, de Magali Pinchasi armband en de WCD top. Bijna een volledige outfit dus ;-)

Voor de foodies is er naast het lekkers van o.a. Balls & Glory, Umami en Oesterput ook het befaamde concept The Brunch, een exclusieve brunch tussen 12u en 17u door niemand minder dan Sergio Herman en Nick Bril (samen met hun team van The Jane)! Euhm... hallo? Klinkt wel verleidelijk ;-)

The WCD foodies can enjoy delicious plates by Balls & Glory, Umami, Oesterput, ... But there's also the well-known concept The Brunch, an exclusive brunch between 12PM and 5PM prepared by the one and only Sergio Herman and Nick Bril (together with their team of The Jane)!
