2 weeks ago I went to Antwerp (where else ;-)) to discover the new Guess Flagship & Digital Boutique. For quite some years Guess is one of my favorite brands so I couldn't miss this opening event. I was also curious to see the digital aspect, and how it was integrated in the store. How does Guess integrate their online activities in this physical store...

The new store is very clear, tight and accessible. Perfect for some shopping! I hate it when you feel like you're shopping in a box that becomes smaller and smaller every second! Or stores where you have no overview at all! In the new shop there are some touchscreens where you can find more information about an item thanks to the chip in it and discover the rest of the collection. So you're in-store browsing through the whole collection. With these digital aspects the shop also has the ability to change their visuals and videos to provide different experiences for their customers. So each time you'll see a different store ambiance ;-) And nice to know: there's free WiFi! Maybe a hint for a lot of other stores ;-)


De winkel is zeker een aanrader als je in Antwerpen bent (en de Guess collecties weet te appreciëren natuurlijk ;-)). Ik ben alvast benieuwd naar de volgende digitale stappen van Guess in hun winkels. Dit is alvast een mooi voorbeeld van hoe je online en offline kan combineren.

You definitely have to visit the store when you're in Antwerp (and when you love the Guess collections of course ;-)). I'm very curious to discover the next digital steps in the Guess stores but it's already a nice example of the combination between an online and offline shopping experience!
